 Create Purchase Requisition (PR) in BUILDSMART System prior to receive Purchase Order
 Follow up with Purchase Dept to get Purchase Order
 Sending Purchase Order to supplier and follow up to Supplier to get materials for site
 Verification of Supplier materials to be match with Delivery note with Purchase Order
 Preparation of Goods Received Note (GRN) in Buildsmart after verification of Quantity and Price
of Invoice , Delivery note and Purchase Order
 Received deliveries of new equipment/Materials and ensured that all the supplies were in proper
order – Stored the supplies and items received in their designated place to avoid time wasted
searching for items and general confusion.
 Issued materials/Tools to workers as per the demand of the Engineers/foreman at site and
maintained records in order to collect Specially Power tools from workers.
 Preparing report of damaged power tools and sending for repairing.
