REWATCH PROJECT OBJECTIVES
Decrease the environmental impact of the petrochemical industry by demonstrating and disseminating the
technical feasibility of an innovative water recycling scheme. The new process will be based on the
combination of different existing highly-efficient biological and separation technologies to treat the
generated wastewater resulting in a more efficient use of water in petrochemical plants.
