Teaching Elder Duke Shelley of Black Forest Chapel continues a series on Revelation. Part 5 covers the meaning of the seventy weeks in Daniel chapter 9.
This document discusses whether Jesus fulfilled the prophecies and requirements to be the Messiah according to Jewish scriptures. It examines prophecies about where the Messiah would be born (Bethlehem), how he would be born (of a virgin), when he would come (before AD 70), what he would do (atone for sins), and how he would die (crucifixion). The document analyzes several passages from the Old Testament and argues that Jesus fulfilled these prophecies about the Messiah. It also discusses whether ancient Jews expected the Messiah to be a divine God-man.
The document provides an overview and commentary on the biblical book of Ezra. Key points include:
- Ezra tells the story of the return of Jewish exiles from Babylon to Jerusalem following the decree of Cyrus of Persia in 538 BC and the rebuilding of the Temple.
- It is divided into two parts, the first covering the return under Zerubbabel and rebuilding of the Temple, and the second covering the subsequent mission of Ezra to purify the Jewish community.
- Together with Nehemiah, Ezra represents the final chapter in the Hebrew Bible's historical narrative, following a pattern of God stirring Persian kings to commission Jewish leaders for missions of rebuilding.
- Abraham was likely born around 2100 BC, making him born about 4100 years ago. He lived to be around 175 years old.
- The Israelites lived in Egypt for about 215 years, not the commonly believed 400 years. They entered Egypt around 1877 BC and left during the Exodus around 1445 BC.
- Key dates include the birth of Abraham around 2100 BC, Moses being born around 1527 BC, and the Exodus occurring around 1445 BC when the Israelites left Egypt.

The document provides commentary from multiple scholars on the biblical passage in Exodus 29 about the consecration of priests. It describes the ceremonies and rituals involved, including washing, dressing in sacred vestments, anointing with oil, and sacrificing animals. The rituals were meant to set the priests apart for sacred service, impress upon them the importance of their role, and indicate God's acceptance of them. Commentators discuss the symbolic significance of the various elements and their typological relationship to Christ.
2 Women in Leadership - New Creation Framework Part 2 by Tim CatchimTim Catchim
Presentation 2 of a Women in Leadership Training Workshop showing how God's vision for a new creation shapes the way we approach and interpret the Scriptures.
What is the difference between the resurrection of Christ and His ascension? What would have happened if Christ had not risen from the grave? What would have happened if Christ had not ascended into heaven? Why do you think most Christians, and the Church at large, place little emphasis on the ascension of Jesus Christ? How does the ascension of Christ practically affect your Christian faith, your obedience to Him, your love for the brethren, and your hope in the future?
The document discusses the concept of the "book of life" from the Bible. It covers:
1) The different mentions of the "book of life" in scripture and related concepts in the Old Testament.
2) Key themes around the book of life - the importance of keeping records, the book of life and other books, God's just judgement, names being blotted out or confessed, and its connection to access to the tree of life.
3) Final exhortations around God desiring obedience over blotting out names, the fair process of individual judgement according to works, and the hope of salvation for those found written in the book of life.

Old testament survey from Exodus to Nehemiah; series 1 of 5 parts. This is a 5-part series taking on the highlights of the Old Testament Historical books, except Genesis.
Melchizedek is described in the Bible as a historical figure who was both the king of Salem and a priest of God Most High. Some key details are that he blessed Abraham and received a tithe from him, had no record of his ancestry, and acted as a priest continually. The document discusses possible interpretations of Melchizedek, including that he prefigures Jesus Christ and anticipates aspects of his role as high priest. One possibility presented is that Melchizedek was the biblical figure Shem, Noah's son, though his identity ultimately remains mysterious.
The document provides an overview of how the book of Revelation draws heavily from imagery and themes found in the Old Testament. It discusses numerous examples where events, figures and symbols described in Revelation parallel or allude to specific people, places and prophecies in the OT. These include references to the menorah, four living creatures, seven seals/trumpets, two witnesses, Babylon's fall, and more. The document aims to show how Revelation is deeply rooted in the OT textual and theological tradition.
Bible Truths - Prophecy of Daniel and Revelation - The Coming King #3 - The Coming King speaks about the Bible's teaching about the soon coming of Christ. Though we cannot know the exact day or hour, we can know that it is near. There are many Scripture passages that explain the importance of Jesus' 2nd coming. What does the Bible say about how Christ will return? The climax of history will be the Second Coming of Christ.

The document discusses the design and symbolism of ancient temples and the Temple in Jerusalem. It notes that temples were highly visible, audible, aromatic, and memorable sites that formed the center of society. The Temple provided a sense of identity, security, prosperity and responsibility for the community. It represented heaven on earth with distinct earthly, heavenly, and divine realms. The document then describes the design and furnishings of the Tabernacle, First and Second Temples in detail.
The document discusses the biblical "Day of the Lord" and proposes that September 2015 will mark the beginning of this series of prophesied end times events. It outlines evidence from the book of Daniel that points to September 2015 being a turning point, specifically passages that mention 2,300 days or years. The document analyzes interpretations of these passages by figures like William Miller and the Scofield Bible to support interpreting the 2,300 days as years indicating the start of the Day of the Lord in September 2015.
Bible Truths - Prophecy of Daniel and Revelation - A Heavenly Model #15 - What does the Bible say about the sanctuary, a place on earth where God and man could meet? The sanctuary teaches us about the plan of salvation with its three phases of justification, sanctification, and glorification. The Day of Atonement was a day that represented the eradication of all sin.

The document summarizes Ezra 3:8-13, which describes the rebuilding of the temple in Jerusalem after the exile. It provides context on the key figures Zerubbabel and Jeshua and explains their roles. When the foundation was laid, the priests and Levites praised God with music while the people responded with shouts of joy and weeping, as some remembered Solomon's temple. Both weeping and joy could be heard from far away.

Of course the Catholic Church claims that the change [from Saturday to Sunday] was her act. And the act is a MARK of her ecclesiastical power and authority in religious matters. — C. F. Thomas, Chancellor of Cardinal Gibbons.Sunday is our MARK of authority.... The church is above the Bible, and this transference of Sabbath observance is proof of that fact. — Catholic Record, September 1, 1923 ( Ontario ).The Pope is of so great dignity and so exalted that he is not a mere man, but as it were God, and the Vicar of God. The Pope is of such lofty and supreme dignity that, properly speaking, he has not been established in any rank of dignity, but rather has been placed upon the very summit of all ranks of dignities.... He is likewise the divine monarch and supreme emperor and king of kings. Hence the Pope is crowned with a triple crown, as King of Heaven and of Earth and of the Lower Regions. — Lucius Ferraris, Prompta Bibliotheca, volume 6, pp. 438, 442.

Prove to me from the Bible alone that I am bound to keep Sunday holy. There is no such law in the Bible. It is a law of the holy Catholic Church alone. The Bible says ‘Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy.’ The Catholic Church says, No. By my divine power I abolish the Sabbath day and command you to keep holy the first day of the week. And lo! The entire civilized world bows down in reverent obedience to the command of the Holy Catholic Church. — Thomas Enright, CSSR, President, Redemptorist College (Roman Catholic), Kansas City, MO., February 18, 1884
The observance of Sunday by the Protestants is an homage they pay, in spite of themselves, to the authority of the [Catholic] church. — Monsignor Louis Segur, Plain Talk About the Protestantism of Today (1868), p. 213.
If Protestants would follow the Bible, they should worship God on the Sabbath Day [Saturday]. In keeping the Sunday they are following a law of the Catholic church. — Albert Smith, Chancellor of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, replying for the Cardinal in a letter of February 10, 1920. It is well to remind the Presbyterians, Baptists, Methodists, and all other Christians, that the Bible does not support them anywhere in their observance of Sunday. Sunday is an institution of the Roman Catholic Church, and those who observe the day observe a commandment of the Catholic Church. — Priest Brady, in an address, reported in the Elizabeth , N.J. “News,” March 18, 1903

The document summarizes key events and figures in the rebuilding of Jerusalem after the exile. It describes how Cyrus decreed that exiled Jews could return to Jerusalem and rebuild the temple. It then discusses the leadership of Zerubbabel, Ezra, and Nehemiah in returning exiles to Jerusalem and rebuilding the city and its walls over a period of about 100 years, despite opposition from local governors.
The document discusses the prophecies in the Book of Daniel regarding the 70 weeks or 490 years decreed for the Jewish people and holy city of Jerusalem. It analyzes the fulfillment of these prophecies, including Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem in 32 AD which marked the end of the 69th week. The document also examines the events of the 70th week, including the antichrist confirming a covenant and the abomination of desolation occurring in the future temple. Finally, it discusses the current geopolitical situation in the Middle East as it relates to these end times prophecies.
The document discusses the 2300 day prophecy in Daniel 8:14. It provides historical and biblical context to identify the starting point of the prophecy in 457 BC and its fulfillment in 1844. Key details include: the 70 week prophecy concluding in AD 34, the 2300 days representing 2300 years until the heavenly sanctuary is cleansed, and the cleansing occurring on the Day of Atonement in 1844. Jesus is identified as the sole high priest, and the heavenly sanctuary as the true tabernacle.
Daniel 70 weeks - A presentation on Daniel's propheciesPrepare Your Ways
The document discusses prophecies from the book of Daniel regarding future visions and the 70 weeks prophecy concerning the coming of the Messiah. It analyzes the prophecy in Daniel 9 which foretells events from the rebuilding of Jerusalem until the Messiah is "cut off." These are dated to have been fulfilled between 445 BC to 32 AD. Other details provided include Jesus' crucifixion occurring on a Wednesday according to Jewish calendar dating. The document then discusses prophecies related to the future rebuilding of the Jewish temple, the rise of the Antichrist, and end times events.
The document discusses whether Jesus is the Messiah prophesied in the Old Testament. It notes that mainstream Jewish scholars and some evangelicals say Jesus is not the Messiah. However, it presents evidence from the Old Testament that Jesus could have fulfilled the prophecies. It examines prophecies about where the Messiah would be born (Bethlehem), how he would be born (to a virgin), when he would come (before AD 70), and what he would do (atone for sin). The document analyzes these prophecies in the books of Micah, Isaiah, Daniel, and concludes they align with what is known about Jesus from the New Testament.
1. The document provides context about the prophetic books of Daniel and Ezekiel.
2. It discusses the historical context in which Daniel and Ezekiel ministered, including the fall of Jerusalem and exile of Israelites to Babylon.
3. Key details are given about the lives and messages of Daniel and Ezekiel, including Daniel's integrity and visions, and Ezekiel's calls to preach judgment and restoration.
Ezekiel was a prophet called by God to serve as a watchman for Israel. Through symbolic actions like lying on his side for 430 days and preaching, Ezekiel warned Israel of coming judgment for their sins and idolatry. He also had visions of Israel's future restoration, including receiving a new heart and spirit, dry bones coming to life, and the rebuilt temple. Ezekiel prophesied of a time when Satan will be bound for 1000 years and Christ will rule during the Millennial Kingdom before the final battle and judgment. The Minor Prophets also warned Israel and surrounding nations while offering hope for the future through messages focused on obedience, justice, and restoration.
The document discusses the fulfillment of biblical prophecies concerning the spring and fall feasts and the Adventist movement from 1833 to 1856. It notes that:
1) In 1833, William Miller received a license to preach and the signs of the stars falling from heaven occurred, fulfilling prophecies.
2) From 1833 to 1844 there was a period of 10 "days" or years leading up to the Day of Atonement in 1844, when Jesus entered the Most Holy Place.
3) From 1844-1849, a period of 5 "days" or years, the sealing of the saints occurred and the Feast of Tabernacles began, marking the beginning of
1. In November 1848, Ellen White was given a vision at a meeting in Dorchester, Massachusetts where she saw the light of the Sabbath truth rising and gaining strength until the saints are immortalized.
2. She told Joseph Bates to write down what he had seen and heard regarding the sealing message, and that God would bless the writing.
3. After the vision, Ellen White informed James White that it was his duty to publish truth and that if he advanced by faith, success would attend his efforts, leading to their first publishing ventures.
1. In November 1848 at a meeting in Dorchester, Massachusetts, Ellen White was given a vision about the Sabbath truth.
2. In the vision, she saw the Sabbath light rising from weakness to strength, with additional light shining on it over time to make it clear, weighty, and mighty.
3. She was shown that the Sabbath light would continue to increase in brightness until the saints are made immortal, and it would be brightest at that time.
The document discusses signs of the end times and the return of Jesus Christ based on passages from Genesis, Revelation, and other books of the Bible. It examines biblical prophecies and timelines, including the seven seals, seven churches, four kingdoms, and seven feasts. It also discusses the bride of Christ and characteristics of believers who will be part of the bride, such as being elected, overcomers, and having their names in the Book of Life.
The document discusses arguments that are commonly made against the reliability and authenticity of the Bible. It addresses claims that the Bible was mistranslated and miscopied over time, casting doubt on what the original text said. However, the document provides counterarguments noting that we have early manuscripts and copies that allow scholars to determine what was in the original autographs. It also argues that the Bible contains historical details that have been confirmed by archaeological findings and extra-biblical sources, indicating it provides an accurate historical record. The document disputes the idea that biblical books were arbitrarily picked by a committee, stating that early Church fathers recognized the books based on factors like authorship and consistency with doctrine. It proposes evidence that parts of the Bible display supernatural
This document discusses calendar essentials in Christianity, including that God follows and publishes a calendar understood through star maps and constellations. Certain phrases in prophecy refer to this calendar and timing of God's visits. Dates for Jesus' crucifixion and resurrection have been verified using this calendar. Biblical prophecies like in Daniel can be decoded using these calendar references to identify time periods for past and future events.
The document discusses biblical timelines and prophecies. It argues that a prophetic "time" refers to 360 years based on references in scripture. This means the "seven times" punishment mentioned in Leviticus 26 of 2,520 years. The author believes this timeline provides clues about the timing of Jesus' second coming, though William Miller miscalculated it based on the 2300 day prophecy in Daniel referring to a different event.
The document provides background information on key figures involved in the historical events described in the books of Ezra and Nehemiah. It discusses Cyrus allowing the Jews to return to Jerusalem after the 70 year exile, led by Zerubbabel and Jeshua. It then discusses the kings of Persia, Darius and Artaxerxes, who helped complete the temple. It describes Ezra leading a second return, with authority from Artaxerxes to appoint judges and govern according to Jewish law, and highlights Ezra as a skilled scribe and teacher of the law of Moses.
There are many preaching the prophecy of 2520. Personally I dont find it a time prophecy. However I find a principle of scattering and gathering a biblical principle that need to be understood by many before the final gathering - The Loud Cry (Rev 18:1-4)
The document discusses biblical prophecies about the end times from books such as Daniel and Revelation. It analyzes prophecies about four kingdoms that would rule Israel and the world, culminating in a final world kingdom. It asserts that current global events like wars and rumors of wars match Jesus' description of signs that precede his second coming. The document aims to show that biblical prophecy provides confidence about what will happen in the end times.
The document discusses several signs mentioned in the Bible that suggest we are living in the last days before Jesus' return. These include: the rebirth of Israel, the rise of Russia and its alignment with nations against Israel, increased global knowledge and travel, moral decline, more frequent wars and natural disasters like famines and earthquakes, and the emergence of a world power like the revived Roman Empire in the EU.

Similar to Revelation Part 5 - The Seventy Weeks (20)
The passage discusses how through faith in Jesus Christ, believers have peace with God and access to his grace. It notes that believers find hope in suffering because it produces endurance, character and ultimately more hope, since God's love has been poured into their hearts by the Holy Spirit.
The sixth angel sounds his trumpet and releases four angels that were bound at the great river Euphrates. The four angels lead an army of 200 million horsemen who kill a third of mankind with fire, smoke, and brimstone that proceeds from their mouths. Those who survive do not repent of worshipping demons and idols.
The fifth angel sounds his trumpet, releasing locusts from the bottomless pit upon the earth. The locusts are given power to torment people for five months but not kill them, causing them to seek death but be unable to find it. Though the locusts plague the people, they do not repent of their sins. The locusts have a king over them, the angel of the abyss, named Abaddon or Apollyon in Hebrew and Greek. This is the first of three woes described in Revelation.
The document summarizes the events of the second, third, and fourth trumpets from Revelation 8:8-13. It describes a great mountain burning and being thrown into the sea, turning a third of the sea to blood and destroying sea life and ships (second trumpet). It then describes a great star falling from heaven and poisoning a third of rivers and springs, making the water undrinkable (third trumpet). Finally, it tells of a third of the sun, moon, and stars being struck so that a third of light from them was darkened (fourth trumpet). Biblical references are provided for further context.
The document describes events from the book of Revelation chapter 8. When the seventh seal is broken, there is silence in heaven. Seven angels are given seven trumpets. Another angel offers incense and prayers to God. The angel throws the censer to the earth, causing natural disasters. The first angel sounds his trumpet, and hail, fire and blood are thrown to the earth, burning up a third of the earth's surface.
The document describes two groups - Church Age Saints and Tribulation Saints. Church Age Saints are kept out of the Great Tribulation by the rapture while Tribulation Saints come out of the tribulation through martyrdom. Both groups are before God's throne in heaven clothed in white, but there are differences in their positions, crowns, and roles.
The document discusses the 144,000 witnesses described in Revelation 7 and 14. It describes how four angels hold back winds to prevent harm until the 144,000 servants of God are sealed. The 144,000 are 12,000 from each of the 12 tribes of Israel and are said to be redeemed from the earth and follow the Lamb without fault, having kept themselves chaste.
Revelation 6:9-17, Lesson 21 the Fifth & Sixth Sealsblackforestchapel
The document describes events that occur when the fifth and sixth seals of Revelation are broken. It summarizes:
1) When the fifth seal is broken, John sees the souls of martyrs under the altar who cry out for vengeance. They are given white robes and told to rest until more martyrs are killed.
2) When the sixth seal is broken, there is a great earthquake, the sun turns black, the moon red, stars fall, and mountains move. People hide in caves and rocks, crying out for the mountains to fall on them to escape God's wrath.
3) These events parallel other biblical passages describing the tribulation, darkness, shaking of heavens and earth, and people seeking
The document discusses the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse described in Revelation 6:1-8. It summarizes that the first horseman represents conquest on a white horse, the second represents war on a red horse, the third represents famine on a black horse, and the fourth represents death on a pale horse, followed by Hades. The horsemen are part of the judgments that will befall the earth during the end times tribulation period described in Revelation.
The passage describes a scene in heaven where the Lamb (Jesus Christ) takes a sealed book from the one sitting on the throne. The four living creatures and 24 elders fall down before the Lamb and sing a new song praising him for being slain and purchasing people for God with his blood. They acknowledge him as making the redeemed people a kingdom and priests to God. A great multitude of angels join in worshipping the Lamb for being worthy to receive power, riches, wisdom and other attributes. All of creation is described as praising God and the Lamb forever.
The document discusses what the world would be like without God and Jesus Christ. It suggests that without God there would be no forgiveness, hope, kindness or love between people. The world would essentially be like "hell" without the presence of God and the salvation offered through Jesus. Several Bible verses are referenced that discuss mankind's sinful nature and need for salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.
The document discusses who Jesus is according to the Bible. It summarizes that Jesus is the Lord God Almighty, the Savior of the world, the Messiah, the Lord of all creation, the Son of God, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
The document discusses tithing and giving to the church. It provides biblical references that talk about giving a tenth of what one produces or owns to God. It also discusses passages in 2 Corinthians that encourage believers to give generously from what they have been given. The document emphasizes that tithing is about commitment to God's mission rather than personal finances or circumstances. It concludes by stating the vision for Black Forest Chapel is to worship and proclaim Christ to the community through preaching, worship, fellowship, and witness.
The document describes John's vision in Revelation of four living creatures surrounding God's throne. Each creature had six wings and eyes all over, and they took on aspects of a lion, calf, man, and eagle. They continually praised God as holy. Twenty-four elders also worshipped God, recognizing he created all things and deserves glory. The living creatures and elders modeled worship of the worthy God.
The document describes John's vision of the throne room in heaven as described in Revelation 4-5. In his vision, John sees a door standing open in heaven and is called up to see what will take place. He sees God sitting on a throne that resembles jasper and sardius stones, surrounded by a rainbow. Around the throne are 24 other thrones where 24 elders sit wearing white garments and golden crowns.
The seven sealed scroll in Revelation 5 represents a deed of redemption. Each seal that is broken reveals what must occur for the kinsman redeemer to repossess what was lost. No one was found worthy to open the scroll until the Lion from the tribe of Judah, Jesus Christ, was revealed as having overcome sin and death to redeem mankind. Jesus is described as both the sacrificial Lamb that was slain, referring to his first coming, and the Lion referring to his second coming as sovereign judge.
This document discusses the importance of faith and being spiritually awake. It references several Bible passages about waking up from spiritual slumber. It warns that non-believers are asleep without faith and believers can have a dead faith if they are not vigilant. The document encourages readers to revive their faith and be purified so they are holy in the sight of God.
Teaching Elder Duke Shelley of Black Forest Chapel continues a series on Revelation. Part 14 explores further the letter to the Church at Philadelphia.

Lição 12: João 15 a 17 – O Espírito Santo e a Oração Sacerdotal | 2° Trimestr...OmarBarrezueta1
God calls us to a journey of worshiping Him. In this journey you will encounter different obstacles and derailments that will want to sway you from worshiping God. You got to be intentional in breaking the barriers staged on your way of worship in order to offer God acceptable worship.

Lucid Dreaming: Understanding the Risks and Benefits
The ability to control one's dreams or for the dreamer to be aware that he or she is dreaming. This process, called lucid dreaming, has some potential risks as well as many fascinating benefits. However, many people are hesitant to try it initially for fear of the potential dangers. This article aims to clarify these concerns by exploring both the risks and benefits of lucid dreaming.
The Benefits of Lucid Dreaming
Lucid dreaming allows a person to take control of their dream world, helping them overcome their fears and eliminate nightmares. This technique is particularly useful for mental health. By taking control of their dreams, individuals can face challenging scenarios in a controlled environment, which can help reduce anxiety and increase self-confidence.
Addressing Common Concerns
Physical Harm in Dreams Lucid dreaming is fundamentally safe. In a lucid dream, everything is a creation of your mind. Therefore, nothing in the dream can physically harm you. Despite the vividness and realness of the dream experience, it remains entirely within your mental landscape, posing no physical danger.
Mental Health Risks Concerns about developing PTSD or other mental illnesses from lucid dreaming are unfounded. As soon as you wake up, it's clear that the events experienced in the dream were not real. On the contrary, lucid dreaming is often seen as a therapeutic tool for conditions like PTSD, as it allows individuals to reframe and manage their thoughts.
Potential Risks of Lucid Dreaming
While generally safe, lucid dreaming does come with a few risks as well:
Mixing Dream Memories with Reality Long-term lucid dreamers might occasionally confuse dream memories with real ones, creating false memories. This issue is rare and preventable by maintaining a dream journal and avoiding lucid dreaming about real-life people or places too frequently.
Escapism Using lucid dreaming to escape reality can be problematic if it interferes with your daily life. While it is sometimes beneficial to escape and relieve the stress of reality, relying on lucid dreaming for happiness can hinder personal growth and productivity.
Feeling Tired After Lucid Dreaming Some people report feeling tired after lucid dreaming. This tiredness is not due to the dreams themselves but often results from not getting enough sleep or using techniques that disrupt sleep patterns. Taking breaks and ensuring adequate sleep can prevent this.
Mental Exhaustion Lucid dreaming can be mentally taxing if practiced excessively without breaks. It’s important to balance lucid dreaming with regular sleep to avoid mental fatigue.
Lucid dreaming is safe and beneficial if done with caution. It has many benefits, such as overcoming fear and improving mental health, and minimal risks. There are many resources and tutorials available for those interested in trying it.

Astronism, Cosmism and Cosmodeism: the space religions espousing the doctrine...Cometan
This lecture created by Brandon Taylorian (aka Cometan) specially for the CESNUR Conference held Bordeaux in June 2024 provides a brief introduction to the legacy of religious and philosophical thought that Astronism emerges from, namely the discourse on transcension started assuredly by the Cosmists in Russia in the mid-to-late nineteenth century and then carried on and developed by Mordecai Nessyahu in Cosmodeism in the twentieth century. Cometan also then provides some detail on his story in founding Astronism in the early twenty-first century from 2013 along with details on the central Astronist doctrine of transcension. Finally, the lecture concludes with some contributions made by space religions and space philosophy and their influences on various cultural facets in art, literature and film.
PHASE-IV
The very deep experience of silence helps to expand from the 3 - dimensional awareness of the body to all pervasive awareness. The bed of silence becomes deeper and more expansive - an ocean of silence with waves on it merge into complete silence called Ajapa state of the mind. This silence is the source of Creativity, Power, Knowledge and Bliss.
PHASE V
From this deep ocean of silence in the heart region, let one OM emerge as an audible sound which diffuses into the entire body and the space all around. Enjoy the beautiful vibrations.
Blink the eyes slowly, gently open the eyes and come out of meditation.
Introduction
Mantra Yoga is an exact science. "Mananat trayate iti mantrah- by the Manana (constant thinking or recollection) of which one is protected or is released from the round of births and deaths, is Mantra." That is called Mantra by the meditation (Manana) on which the Jiva or the individual soul attains freedom from sin, enjoyment in heaven and final liberation, and by the aid of which it attains in full the fourfold fruit (Chaturvarga), i.e., Dharma, Artha, Kama and Moksha. A Mantra is so called because it is achieved by the mental process.
