The document describes two groups - Church Age Saints and Tribulation Saints. Church Age Saints are kept out of the Great Tribulation by the rapture while Tribulation Saints come out of the tribulation through martyrdom. Both groups are before God's throne in heaven clothed in white, but there are differences in their positions, crowns, and roles.

longer, nor thirst anymore; nor will the sun beat down
on them, nor any heat; (17) for the Lamb in the
center of the throne will be their shepherd, and will
guide them to springs of the water of life; and God
will wipe every tear from their eyes."

'Give Me a drink,' you would have asked Him, and He
would have given you living water."

pain; the first things have passed away."
