Breathe and take a moment. In our retrospective our product owner explains to the team that they’re being hammer without reprioritization requests from customers. Sadly she says, she needs more time with the Team for Product Backlog refinement.
What got missed is that the problem is deeper and this is the ideas behind systems thinking. When we take a few minutes to ask what deeper problems led to this situation we’re more likely find longer term real solutions.
