position I was responsible for the performance of 150 guard personnel
working at over 80 properties in San Diego, CA. I worked closely with

2006-2007. I also do not get flustered if someone becomes irritated or
inappropriately demanding. If someone is distressed it is important to
remain calm and reassure them with direct and polite sincerity.
LEADERSHIP My leadership skills were forged under extreme training scenarios and
combat action. Leadership is not about being on top. True leadership is
service above and below. It is extremely important to develop
subordinates and give them guidance and support. Raising one’s voice
in a professional environment is the sign of a weak leader. An
experienced leader is intuitive and will create solution options for
