techniques. Each format of the input files (HTML, PDF, Text, RTF, XBRL etc) are separately
handled using graph algorithms and machine learning techniques.

works on all the sample of documents whose universe is huge, collection of the test data for
each data set (Financials, Estimates, Ownership, Supplemental data, Securities data etc.)
Documented, tracked, and reported project performance scorecard goals and metrics to
senior-level management.
Designed and implemented from the ground up structured QA-testing process, including
Unit, Integration, User Acceptance and Performance
Participated in the two year road map from QA side and cross check at regular intervals to

which include over 30 production managers stake holders, Business Analysts, Developers and
Quality analysts on the smooth development and deliveries planning. Also responsible for
smooth execution of the application which is used by over 1500 data collection users and
support or address the production issues.
Responsibilities:
As a Manager, I’m responsible for the maintaining high quality of test executions, delivery of
the projects within the time lines and discussions with project teams which include over 30
production managers stake holders, Business Analysts, Developers and Quality analysts on
the smooth development and deliveries planning
Participated in developing continuous project review board and processes, as well as
developing and institutionalizing common-process.
Developed Quality and Test management system, including Project QA time estimation and

the platform the high the value is. We have got many areas in the project viz. sourcing, issuing,
collection, logical checks, data delivery, standardizing the data and show it on the platform.
Responsibilities:
This team has been allocated to me in the recent past, I found some people issues here and
did some bold moves by swapping the resources which turned out to be successful.
Till now no one is accountable for the standardization testing in this data set, we formally
formed a team who is strong in SQL based testing and good in the domain
Estimated testing effort for each project and prioritized tasks for concurrent projects for QA
team members.
Worked with project managers and development team to resolve issues during the testing
cycle.
Project: Workflow Loader
Project Duration: December 2009 to 2010
Responsibilities:
This is a key application that helps all the workflows of over 30 S&P Capital IQ data
collection applications. As Lead QA engineer, I was responsible for test execution of
Workflow Loader, to make sure functionality and performance of the loader is at critical
expected lines with proper documentations.
Timeliness of the data considered being highly critical to the business and the workflow this
application manages should be within expected timelines. As part of this, I worked with
different teams to test the functionality of their data sets. Have the business knowledge of
whole workflow system.
Involved in SQL testing to generate the mismatches and to test the functionality.
Created Master Test Plans and Test cases for assigned projects, reviewed and approved
Test Plans created by cross-functional teams participated in release project
Participated in walk thru to define testability for requirements, systems integration, release
acceptance test, functional testing, configuration and change control.
5. Project: Worked on Document sourcing, Mapping, Metadata validation, Conversion and
translation applications for 4 years with a team of 4 members.

sourcing of documents and making them ready for the data collection for different teams like

report to executive management
Understanding the business, test execution, supporting the production environment,
