Project Details : The project handles every need of the back office operations for the
client. The system is developed in Dot Net / SQL Server 2000. Paper
contracts with different vendors all over the world are converted to
electronic contract through BPO divisions, which are located outside the
main database. These electronic contracts are synchronized with
centralized database on a day-to-day basis with the help of DTS
packages. The most important feature of the project is the least cost
search engines provided for the call center department. Another
feature of the application is the generic report module where power
user can design and customize the reports. All the reports are
generated in Fast Report.
