Scope: EXACT Agent is an application that assists you in creating service orders for requests coming into the FLSC
(Facilities Local Service Center) via an ASR (Access Service Request) in EXACT for certain types of trunks and
facilities. The input for Exact Agent is coming by scraping multiple screens of EXACT and CESAR mainframe screens
and the system send the final output to the SORD mainframe screen. Getting the ASR and submitting the ASR are
the two major activities while processing the ASR to create the SORD orders. EXACT Agent helps you by
automatically creating most of the service orders, minimizing redundant data entry, which, in turn, helps reduce
typographical errors.

each package to next process to billing section.
The product is created on VB 6.0. It is migrating into C# and VB.NET as well. There are different teams which are
