Introduced gearless power transmission arrangement used for skew shafts. In this transmission system no. of pins or links used must be odd..3,5,7,9…..& centers of any two pins or links hole must not be on that line which represent the diameter of the shaft. If more pins or links used motion will be smoother, but increase in no. of pins or links not at the cost of strength of the shaft. Pins or links are fixed (may be permanent of temporary) in the drilled holes at the both shaft ends due to which motion is transferred. The dimensions of the pins or links and angle for the pins are all given very precisely, holes drilled very accurately.
Proposed arrangement used for skew shafts at any angle & if there is a need we can change the angle between shafts during motion or during intermittent motion with any profile of shafts having rotational motion along its own axis. The Working of this arrangement is very smooth & use very effectively with a very minimum amount of power losses.
GST Grinding is an international machine and plant manufacturing company for circular grinding machines; processing crankshafts, gear shafts, cam shafts, balance shaft, rotary shafts and gears.

Abstract
In the olden days very complicated thing is in the industry is to carry heavy loaded components and lifting from one place to another place, human effort needs lots of energy and it takes more time for same work, there are many huge and large amount of load lifting machine available, in that first started with gantry hoist and gantry cranes with which they carry heavy loads from one place to other, it works so far by the time but it can operate only in open place, in small scale industries it can’t work, during the period the need is new machine which works in small scale industries with good time, the changing the generation with the new technology industries are planned to develop the special purpose machine which is used to lift the heavy loads. Structural analysis of the “Gantry Structure” has been carried out to find the mechanical response of the structure, subjected to applied loads and boundary conditions. The results include deformed shape of the structure, displacements at required locations. Modal analysis done for checking the model, Gravity Loading Applied for different position and checked for the deformation of Solid Beam for different position. Optimization is done to reduce the cost of the structure. The response of the structure got by structural analysis using MSC Nastran.

CLIENT- SNEH INDUSTRY, PUNE.
Role- Design of gripper which can lift 64 concrete blocks at a time.
Selection of clamping cylinder, linear rail guide & theoretical Calculation of critical
part.
Design layout for manipulator.
Create main assembly drawing, part drawing and complete bill of material for the
gripper.
Achievement- It was first project from construction industry & gets completed on time.
To pick up 64 (each block of 2.8 kg) concrete blocks at a time with friction clamping
only.
2. TITLE- ROTOR HANDLING MANIPULATOR
CLIENT- ELGI, COIMBATORE.
Role- Modification in manipulator to increase its capacity from 250KG to 600 KG.
Design a gripper which can lift 16 different types of rotors with it.
