QUALIFICATION PROFILE
I am an dedicated, efficient and avid patient advocate and caregiver.  I have established
qualifications and experiences, as evidenced by working 16 years in a variety of critical care
positions. I have strengths in leadership, organization and quickly meeting the needs of rapidly
changing acuity levels of each patient. I respect and value the dignity that each patient and their
families deserve as they spend time in this facility and I protect that right.  I support a
collaborative management style which endorses coworkers opinions and a cohesive work ethic.
The end result is to establish a positive and challenging work environment. I support a healthy
work environment and uphold a passion for excellence. I
