 2015: Securing, building, assessing and training for a community
electronic health record (EHR) called EPIC. This was secured after
asking for grant approval from the non for profit community
healthcare system, Northwestern. This program was implemented
August 2015. Currently working to build this system for the Athletics
department and also HoneyRock with the goal of standardizing care
and decreasing patient care fragmentation.

 Review health insurance products and create RFP for new product,
broker or insurance company
 Review all new legislation (including the Affordable Care Act and
subsequent legislation) as it relates to the individual and student health
insurance product
 Review quarterly insurance loss ratio and implement changes as

 Supervise the administration of the Student Health Insurance program,
and coordinate health insurance care, benefits and eligibility

the student

 6/2015: created new website to assist students and families to secure
health insurance after the Student Health Insurance product was not
renewed at the College. Created a webinar and streamed live to assist

US. Secured consultants to educate families in their pertinent
questions regarding health insurance for their student; as well as
assistance for visa holding and green card holding students. Assisted
with numerous faculty forums in educating and listening to their
concerns regarding the change in the student health insurance product.
