Prime Duties:
i. Workout the quantities from drawings, Prepare BOQ’s, and tender documents.
ii. Invite tenders, bids analysis and rate analysis.
iii. Site visits for the measurement of quantities and verification of the contactors bills.
iv. Keep and maintain the payment record of contractors.
v. Management of the contractors
vi. Preparation of structure, architecture and as build (Shop) drawings for roads, buildings and steel
structures.
vii. Coordination with consultant for the implementation of quality and design at sites and for necessary
changes in the drawings if required.
