Responsibilities:
a) Leading a group of 30 engineers and organizing the
mechanical design department for all 5 hospitals.
b) Optimize design process.
c) Client and consultant technical meetings and workshops.
d) Material submittal reviews, more than 1500 equipment
selection finalized.
e) Reviewing the BIM model and ensure the clash free between
all MEP services and the constructability on site.
f) Preparing shop drawings more than 4000 drawings completed
with 1000 remaining.
g) Prepare the engineering planning and budgeting.
h) Prepare the weekly and monthly progress reports for the
program director.
i) Solving the site technical issues.
j) Lead the Value engineering process and does great job for the
project.
k) Supervise the Calculations process up to the equipment
selection.
l) Verification of design has been done and numerous changes
highlighted for the operation of mechanical systems.
m) Prepare the mobilization planning.
n) Set training needs and update technical and quality standards.
o) All the mechanical calculations for all hospitals finished in 5
months and approved by the consultant changing complete
design from the designer w.r.t. HVAC, Water Supply, Medical
Gas, etc.
p) Coordination with all trades, holding technical meetings to be
aligned with project requirements.
