 Participating in development proposals for areas or systems in the projrct area
 Support design development and local authorities approval process for irrigation & landscaping projects
 Work with the client /contractors in project planning of development programming to establish critical milestones & priorities
 Finalize project scope and schedules, and work out staffing/logistics/equipment requirements accordingly
 Define procurement scope, and follow up with procurement department for timely delivery of project materials at site
 Manage manpower and material assignment and mobilization of construction equipment and services
 Review all technical submittals in terms of materials, Shop Drawings, method statements, Quality plan, etc.
 Ensure response to all RFIs, and review procurement documents like supplier/vendor lists, material specs, etc.
 Review and ensure accurate preparation and presentation by contractors the detailed plans and working drawings, including
applications, construction details and specifications for the project
 Monitor the services of contractors and availability of major construction equipment required by the project
 Supervise overall project activities to ensure project Quality standards, progress, optimum utilization of manpower/resources/
equipment and maximization of project productivity & operational efficiency, in order to achieve goals and milestones at all stages
