• I developed and positioned Banamex’s social networks as a leader within the Mexican
financial sector, and the most impportant at the Citi Global 22 territories.
Evaluating the managing strategy, work frame, community size, engagement, listening and
crisis management, their impact on major social platforms, reach and frecuency.
• I have been recognized, several times, as a leader innovator on platforms as Facebook,
Twitter and Linkedin in the sector, participating as an exhibitor in digital forums.
• I achived Banamex’s recognition by the Global Financing NY / “2016 World’s Best Awards
Digital Bank in Latin America”, in the category of “Best in Social Media”.
• I participated in the “Citi Global Excellence in Digital Marketing Training Session” exposing
Banamex best practices in Social Networks Mexico for the 22 Citi territories.
• I developed some of the best strategies in digital marketing for generating engagement,
reach, leads and traffic to Banamex’s web pages and commertial partners; conversational
containment crises, and acquisition campaigns in social digital marketing area.
• I accomplished 100% of the annual budget Corporate Business area Seguros Banamex, for
three consecutive years despite of bank recession, reaching 1.000 billion dollars in annual
turnover.
• I obtained savings on the insurance of the different Bank´s products; by restructuring and
incorporating benefits. Returning back these savings into incomes through new products
selling in telemarketing and through branches.
• I developed one of the most successful products sold via telemarketing for Personal Loans,
that reach sales of 500 insurances policies in the first three weeks and nearly 2 thousand
monthly in the following months.
• I structured an efficient annual marketing plan and campaigns to sale out the surplus inven-
tories of Sony Pictures, of more than 1 million units annually.
• I opened new channels for video marketing that generated 11 million pesos of additional
profits and surpassed the annual budget of 600M units.
• I achieved to set a long term relationship with key clients in very specific operational and
problematic issues such as Columbia Tri-Star, Warner Home Video and Taycoon for Distrimax.
• I increased the Procter & Gamble, Mars and Joyco products in new channels such as sell-
through and convenient stores.
• I introduced in Distrimax the use of Licenses for products and DVD merchandizing ir order to
reach new marketing segment.
