SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS
Courses/projects in exercise physiology and human anatomy have given me the knowledge of how the
body works and how to help people who are striving to make change to their bodies
Possess experience as captain of several high schoolsports teams and club teams and I am currently a big
leader in my department at HEB. In charge when my manager is out, suggest ideas to him even when he is
there so I can influence some of the ideas of how the department works.
Experience working physically demanding roles, physically stay fit and take safety precautions when lifting
objects.Remain aware of my surroundings, maintaining clean/safe area, gained people/teamwork skills.
Experience in making display signs on word and power point, blow up multiple coupons on Photoshop for
display, create schedules for HEB Partners on excel.

2. FITNESS PROGRAMING AND EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION - A study and application of principles and
concepts related to designing exercise programs. The target population includes apparently healthy adults and
individuals with special considerations,including cardiovascular disease,pulmonary disease, obesity,diabetes,
pregnancy and children
EXERCISE NUTRITION – Studied the basic concepts ofnutrition from a scientific basis, applying these
concepts to understanding offood nutritional labeling, dietary recommendations for health and fitness, as well as
exercise or sport performance enhancement.
GRADED EXERCISE - This course includes laboratory and clinical measurements of aerobic capacity, balance,
body composition, electrocardiography, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscular strength,and pulmon ary function.
Students are required to demonstrate competence in administering health related physical fitness.
FIRST AID AND INJURY MANAGEMENT -Study ofbasic first aid procedures, cardiopulmonary
resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillation (AED), and blood borne pathogens
