Carriage Hill Capital Corporation 2014/06 – Present
Worked with a small group of investors to find investment properties that would yield a high financial return. Helped
determine which properties could have the largest profit margin after renovations were performed.
Responsible for hiring and managing contractors to ensure a high level of workmanship on the projects at hand. Worked
under tight deadlines to guarantee timely completion of renovations for to allow tenants to move in on time.
Tasked with managing overall project budget. Designed and implemented worksheets to track and manage spending
and maximize the return on investment.
GENUINE HEALTH PRODUCT AMBASSADOR
Genuine Health 2013/06 – Present
Responsible for promoting health and fitness products to consumers in order to increase brand recognition. Set a
goal of marketing the products to at least 30 new prospective buyers each month, with an effort to create long
term buyers.
Achieved a high level of product exposure by creating promotional displays, networking within the target market, and
promoting products through social media on a weekly basis.
PERSONAL TRAINER
Diesel Training Studios 2010/04 – 2014/04
Designed and implemented individual health and lifestyle change programs based on client’s specific needs. Results
varied from the loss of up to 50lbs of fat, gaining 20lbs of muscle, or learning to run up to a half marathon.
Was responsible for networking in order to meet sales quotas to maintain a training level of 35 hours per week. This
was achieved through referrals, managing walk-ins, and current client renewals.
Helped manage and maintain the studio to ensure a professional atmosphere in order to attract prospective clients, and
ensure a safe and effective space for current clients.

Maintained a monthly individual target of $5,000 to $10,000 in personal training sales which contributed to the
monthly team sales goal of $40,000 to $75,000. This was achieved through contacting new members, prospecting new
clients within the club, and networking with current clients.
Worked with a diverse population of clients to help them achieve their individual health and fitness goals, with a wide
variety of results including helping people re-gain functional mobility, gaining muscle, or training to be able to perform
challenging movements such as chin-ups.
Provided job training for new staff in all departments in order to learn GoodLife policy and corporate culture. Was
responsible for the development of skills for new personal trainers, including teaching training technique, allowing
shadowing, and helping them with sales strategies to meet their monthly goals.

Helped lead a team to plan, organize, and prepare food and events for groups of up to 300 people for weddings and
tournaments, sometimes 5 days in a row.
Was responsible for supervising staff of up to 5 people, managing the schedule, allocating jobs, and training new
employees to ensure a high level of product quality.
Performed managerial duties including opening and closing the kitchen, worked up to 16 hour days, ordered and
organized inventory, and contacted suppliers to test new products.
