 Worked with a small group of investors to find investment properties that would yield a high financial return. Helped
determine which properties could have the largest profit margin after renovations were performed.
 Responsible for hiring and managing contractors to ensure a high level of workmanship on the projects at hand. Worked
under tight deadlines to guarantee timely completion of renovations for to allow tenants to move in on time.
 Tasked with managing overall project budget. Designed and implemented worksheets to track and manage spending
and maximize the return on investment.

 Responsible for promoting health and fitness products to consumers in order to increase brand recognition. Set a
goal of marketing the products to at least 30 new prospective buyers each month, with an effort to create long

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS  Certified Kinesiologist (CK) through the Ontario Kinesiology Association  CanFit-Pro Personal Training Specialist (PTS) Professional Certification  CanFit-Pro Nutrition and Wellness Specialist (NWS) Professional Certification  Current First Aid and CPR Certification  Excellent computer and technical skills across all platforms including Windows programs, all Microsoft Office programs, and all Apple and Mac products.  Capable of working effectively as an individual or as an effective part of a team.  Excellent problem solving skills and initiative.  Ability to exceed with individual and team sales goals.  Management experience with a proven ability to supervise and train employees in an effective manner.
