2. ARCHITECTURE/STRUCTURAL MODEL:
 Developed the architecture model as per the input given in AutoCAD file.
 Created walls, structural columns and beams in model.
 Placed windows, doors and curtain walls.
HEAT LOAD CALCULATIONS:
 Created spaces in the model.
 Considered envelope load, occupancy load, lighting load, electrical load and fresh air
load for heat load calculations.
 Calculated the heat load.
EQUIPMENT SELECTION:
 Water cooled screw chiller (175TR + 175TR).
 Counter flow induced draft cooling tower.
 Floor mounted top discharge AHU.
AIR DISTRIBUTION DESIGN:
 Placed supply air diffusers, return air diffusers, and exhaust grills.
 By considering CFM and velocity of air duct sizing was done.
 Placed fire dampers and volume control dampers in the ducting system.
FIRE PROTECTION DESIGN:
 Placed sprinklers in the model.
 Piping network was done for all sprinklers.
ELECTRICAL FIXTURES:
 Placed the lighting fixture as per the inputs of electrical consultant.
PUBLIC HEALTH ENGINEERING DESIGN (PHE):
 Created piping system for all plumbing fixtures and separated into domestic cold
water and sanitary system (includes black water system and grey water system).
CLASH DETECTION:
 Found the clashes between the two systems of different elements.
 Resolved all the clashes by revit software and made it as zero clash models.
BOQ’s:
 Prepared bill of quantities for different materials like ducts, air -terminals, pipes and
lighting fixtures.
