As a youth sports instructormy goal is to teach kids safety, responsibility, listening skills, leadership, teamwork and
how to have fun! I work with 18 month to 18 year olds with a focus on 3-5 year olds. My responsibilities are to
create lesson plans/curriculum ranging from 5-8 weeks for novice to advanced training in all sports as well as
fitness.Within 2 months I was promoted to Rec Leader and given responsibilities of class marketing, building
maintenance supervision,and overseeing otheremployees accountability.

Maintenance and Leasing Consultant
I was hired to help take over an old property with years of deferred maintenance for a lease up. With no real systems
in place our team had to work togetherto create a way to organize new standards and bring satisfaction to not only
the owners but to the current residents.With my switch to leasing my responsibilities drastically changed.Creating a
friendly and warm presence in the office for both new and current residents was of utmost importance while in high
energy and fast paced leasing environment. Other jobs included; managing old files from previous owners, file
audits, nightly reports,craigslist advertising, collections and using software such as Microsoft, On-Site and One-
Site.
