I would like to recommend Kristin Lauer as a candidate for a position with your organization. In
her position as Student Building Manager, Kristin has been employed at UW-Eau Claire in the
University Centers Department from 2013 to the present.
Kristen’s current position is the most prestigious student employment position on campus. It
carries a lot of respect and responsibility. The skills that she has developed while working for
University Centers would be a welcome addition to your company and I am confident that she
would succeed in any position you may offer her.
Kristin is primarily responsible for supervising the overall operations of the Davies Student
Center and providing event management for high-profile events. Kristin is responsible for
setting up meetings and helps direct the work of event and custodial staff, she is the point-of-
contact for clients, and also plays an integral role in providing a safe and aesthetically pleasing
environment for the entire UW-Eau Claire campus.
Kristin has done an excellent job in this position and has been an asset to our organization
during her tenure with the office. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is
extremely organized, can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the
job gets done. She takes great pride in what she does and does a wonderful job working with
clients that use our facilities.
