Description:-
i. In this project we used Ultrasonic sensor to detect the level of the bins. And multiple bins
output is shown in a PC using RS485 multi dropping.
ii. In this project we have used 7 IR sensor per bin to detect 3 levels of the bin, they are Low,
Medium, and high. We used 3 IR sensor for low and Medium and 1 IR sensor for High level
detection. This is implemented for total of 64 bins which are connected to main controller.
Project: Automated Calibration of MCB

Controller Used: PSoC 3
Description:-
Automated calibration project’s main aim is to calibrate the MCB automatically without using
manual work or adjustments. This is done by using the cypress PSoC 3 controller to which
various external devices are interfaced like Stepper Motor, Keypad and LCD which are used to
set the parameters to the System.
After the parameters are set the Controller process the input and provides exact output by turning
the MCB screw forward till the MCB trips. After the MCB trips, specific number of rotation is
rotated in opposite direction as defined by the User.

Description:-
In this project we have designed a custom membrane keyboard for multipurpose use in the
industry. This membrane keyboard consist of normal keyboard keys with custom special keys for
particular function. It also consist of trackball or touchpad options.

In this project my role was to develop the code example for the user who is using PSoC 4000S
and PSoC 4100S development kits. The code example is about the new features used in the
development kits and muti-functionality of PSoC controller. In these kits the new features were

 CapSense Ganged Sensor.
 Watchdog timer with ILO compensated APIs.
 CapSense Linear Slider.
 Adjustable Reference Comparator.
 CapSense ADC Sequential etc.
Project: Pre-Sillicon and Post-Sillicon Validation of PSoC 6 BLE microcontroller.

In this project my role is to
 Do a Pre-Sillicon and Post-Sillicon Validation for Different Soft IP blocks of PSoC 6
Microcontroller.
 So in this project I developed the test cases and firmware for different soft IP blocks such
as SCB (Serial communication block) which includes UART, SPI, I2C and LIN blocks,
TCPWM and Energy - Profile.
 I have used PSoC Creator tool to develop firmware for different test cases to test the
controller’s functionality as per the design.
 Used Iron Python tool to run different scripts for automation of BTP tests.
