 Alarms rectification (Service affecting/Non-Service affecting).
 Periodic Preventive Maintenance.
 Escalating Poor Performing Sites for Hardware check.
 Support to O&M Engineers for fault troubleshooting.
 Maintaining records regarding site hardware, Fuel filling, Rectifiers etc
 Analysis of Vendor & acceptance for DG, SMPS, AC, AVR
