Roles & Responsibilities:
 Responsible for operation and Maintenance of allotted sites.
 Ensure Network availability by supervising all Critical, Major and Minor alarms and get them
resolved within shortest span of time.
 Interacting with field engineers on solutions to troubleshoot and repair complex circuits,
hardware faults.
 Working on Cisco Routers (900 Series), Samsung eNodeB, Emerson SMPS, Coslight Battery.
 Resolution of Media Issues ( MW , Fiber )
 Field related activities like fiber laying, splicing and accordingly drive the Field Engineers.
 Ensure availability of the transport network, with minimal breakdown time.
 Coordination with deployment team for quality of installation and commissioning activities and
take over sites with no service affecting punch points.
 To provide uninterrupted infra services in cluster by ensuring optimum utilization of resources
on 24*7 basis.
 Coordinate all cluster incharge, technician and vendor for ensuring no power issue and manage
Infra uptime at all sites.
 Responsible for operation & maintenance of SMPS, PIU/PMU, DG, AC, Battery Bank,
transformer and all alarms & electrical wirings, earthing, all other passive infra work.
 Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and their remedy action, Rectification/Reduction in
EB average bills, minimizing EB faults, facilitating in converting non EB sites to EB sites.
 Carrying out the preventive maintenance (PM) and DG servicing schedules for improving
overall reliability and safety of utility of all infra equipment as per standard process.
 Review and analyses the repeat failure cases and take immediate corrective and preventive
actions to avoid any repeat failure.
