LEADERSHIP
• Guided a non-profit company through two ISO compliance inspections, as the CEO, resulting in the lowering
the companies ISO Rating each time.
• Successfully trained and led a 30 person team on over 375 combat missions without casualties.
• Developed, implemented, and enforced strict training curriculum focused on safety and mission
accomplishment, for over fifty firefighters.
• Successfully steered 62 oil wells, which consisted of directional control of a well based on the results of
downhole geology, gas production, gamma signatures, and survey measurements, while adjusting the
borehole position (inclination and azimuth angles) on the fly to reach a geological target, and to keep the
directional wellbore within a pre-determined pay zone, for optimum production.
PROBLEM SOLVING
• Received Army Valor Award for planning and executing a successful rescue mission of six trapped people,
while under direct fire of enemy forces.
• Planned and executed four successful recovery missions, when “secret” classified documents were captured.
• Recognized for unique ability to trace an identify air leaks and hydraulic leaks in heavy equipment
• Developed and Implemented Excel Spreadsheets to track gas readings from newly assigned gas monitoring
equipment.
• Assisted in the development of a new mud-logging spreadsheet, which allowed loggers to track and project
the drilling path of well in excess of four miles from surface location.
