alsoa FIFOposition,Iapproachedthispositionwiththe understandingthatIwas a UGL representative bothatthe
worksite and incamp facilitiesalwaysconductingmyself inthe appropriate manner.

refurbishmentwasagreat asset.Alwaysopeningflangesinadefensive mannerallowedourteamtoensure we had
a safe and successful shut.Ialsorefurbishedvalvesandpumpsduringthisshut.Aspart of a team, we installedand
alignedthe InducedDraftFanmotors,withthe size andpositionof these motorscranesandotherwork groupswere
necessaryalwaysindirectcommunication withall teammembersonall workfrontsallowedsuccessful liftsand
installation.All taskswere onlyattemptedafteraclearunderstandingof all workmethodstatementsandsigningof

Since LeavingBechtel Ipickedup a scheduled shutdownatCementAustralia.Here Iwas instrumental inthe removal
of a rotary feederandinstallationof a newfeeder,duringthisprocesswe had to addressdifferentobstacleslikethe
modificationof mountingbracketsandthe alignmentof new components.The feederwasalsoat heightso I worked
in withriggersand crane operatorsto ensure a smoothsafe process.Completingall JSA & HAZOBand interface with
othercrewdocuments.Iwasalsogiventhe tasktoensure differentworkpackswere completed,thisentailedthe task
of certainPMbeingfollowedduringthisprocessitwasevidentthatprevioustradesmanhadgone withthe attitudeof
tick and flickitwill be okay.I reportedall faultsthatwere evidenttosupervisorsandinconjunctionwiththemmade
decisions on what components and faults would need to be addressed during this shut and what could be reported
and completedinthe nearfuture.Iwasaskedtoworklongerhoursduring the course of the shutand replacedacrew
member on priority works. I was thanked and asked if I would be available for upcoming works.
