downing discrepancies.
• While serving with Detachment-1 aboard the USS Carl Vinson CVN 70 and the USS George H. W. Bush CVN 77
assisted in the completion of 20 daily inspections and the launching of numerous aircrafts.
• Assisted in the completion of 567 mishap free flight hours and 230 sorties.
• Trained 5 personnel to become Plan Captains and mentored six new recruits for Ground Support Equipment
as qualified operators.
• As Electrical and Instrument Technician deployed onboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt CVN 71 performed
scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on four E-2C Group II Navigation Upgrade aircraft electrical
instruments, and navigation system.
• Corrected over 1,400 electrical systems discrepancies including over 150 aircraft special inspections.
• Troubleshoot multiple Vapor Cycle and Pitch Feel discrepancies during the backdrop and intense pre-
deployment schedule and subsequent deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
• Completed 25 daily turnaround inspections.
