Synopsis : The system was developed for the customized needs of a big Gas Company. The system
automatically responded to the incoming calls. It also provided the facility of gas booking and gas
booking status enquiry. The application assisted in informing the corresponding distributor about
there respective bookings. It helped to keep the centralized management.

Analysing the existing code and change in flow as per client requirement.
Generating grammar using Nuance; rendering support to all other offices.
Title : IVRS for ClubHP HelpLine

Synopsis : This IVRS was implemented for ClubHP Help line. The helpline customer can register their
complaints against the HP Petrol pump. IVRS will ask the consumer his/her name, area, petrol
pump name and will record his complaint in his/her voice. The application will forward the
complaint to corresponding Area Sales Manager/Regional Manager based to escalation scheme.
