CREW MANAGEMENT
• Managed relationships with multi-national managers, superintendents,
manufacturers, surveyors, port state control authorities and dry-dock contractors.
• Led multi-cultural teams of engineers and crew members in end-to-end operations
involved in running ships and transporting oil & bulk cargoes under tight schedules
demonstrating effective asset management.
3. • Carried out training & performance evaluation of junior engineers and staff as per
ISM (International Safety Management) Code.
PMS
• Planned and managed Engine-Room repairs in ship renovation project in
coordination with, Wartsila Singapore, and shore based management.

Coordinated cargo operations, port state control inspections, vessel’s hull and
