Scope – Performed as an Operational Readiness Lead and engaged stakeholders to devise a maintenance strategy
for the Reflux Classifier. Implemented the maintenance strategy using 1SAP.
• Successfully engaged a diverse range of stakeholders (Vendors, Project team, Maintenance, Analysis &
Improvement and Engineering) to develop an optimal maintenance strategy for equipment including
pump assemblies, pipe lines, motors, structural components, processing equipment and electronics.
• Implemented maintenance strategy into 1SAP using load tools and system approvals.
• Delivered training sessions and an instructional package to Engineering department detailing how to
implement maintenance strategies in 1SAP.
Frontline Operational Experience – Saraji Mine
• Engaged with trades, operational and maintenance crews working as an apprentice for four months to
develop a practical understanding of end user requirements. This experience highlighted importance of
