o Sourcing additional product and exploring alternate supply channels to prevent terminal
“stockouts”
o Identifying gaps in the supply process and coordinating implementation of solutions
o Perform options analysis to produce considered cost vs risk solutions
o Implementation of learning and takeaways to ensure proper mitigating factors are put in place
• Increase the quality of forecasting being used in stock progressions by analysing trends and lifting patterns

Demurrage Analyst (Nov 2014 – Oct 2015)
Key Accountabilities
• Achieved a notable reduction in shipping costs (USD 200K) by developing a user friendly cost database
that provides an accurate cost foundation for shipping decisions and identifies inflated expenses.
• Delivery of monthly supply performance review analysing supply performance in key areas:
o Import Freight and Coastal shipping economics
o Demurrage
o Allocations and Terminals “stock outs”
• Enforcing charterer’s rights during disputes using a working knowledge of charter party contracts and
World Scale shipping conditions.
• Track and forecast demurrage costs by liaising with schedulers and planners.

Reflux Classifier – Saraji Mine, Operational Readiness Lead
Scope – Performed as an Operational Readiness Lead and engaged stakeholders to devise a maintenance strategy
for the Reflux Classifier. Implemented the maintenance strategy using 1SAP.
• Successfully engaged a diverse range of stakeholders (Vendors, Project team, Maintenance, Analysis &
Improvement and Engineering) to develop an optimal maintenance strategy for equipment including
pump assemblies, pipe lines, motors, structural components, processing equipment and electronics.
• Implemented maintenance strategy into 1SAP using load tools and system approvals.
• Delivered training sessions and an instructional package to Engineering department detailing how to
implement maintenance strategies in 1SAP.
Frontline Operational Experience – Saraji Mine
• Engaged with trades, operational and maintenance crews working as an apprentice for four months to
develop a practical understanding of end user requirements. This experience highlighted importance of
engaging all stakeholders during the early stages of projects and broadened my knowledge of equipment
and machinery.
