Objective
My objective is to secure a part-time position for nights and weekends while I continue
my education at the Culinary Institute of America. I am also looking for a seasonal job
from May to September 2017 when I have my break in between the associates and
bachelors program.

• Culinary Extern/ Banquet Prep Cook/Chef
• Responsible for prepping and cooking ingredients for the many functions we did
per week.
• High volume assembly line style plating
• Cooking prepped foods for functions. Experience with hors d’oeuvres, capapes,
andaction stations.
• High volume production
• I was eventually put on the schedule for a few days per week in their fine dining
restaurant, 28 Atlantic. I prepped before service and plated during service.

self- advertising.
