Latesha Thomas has over 15 years of experience as a nurse aide and in criminal justice. She received her Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from Baker College of Muskegon in 2015 and has been certified as a nurse aide since 1999. Her internship and work experience includes positions at KPEP, Sanctuary at the Shore, Kids' FoodBasket, Magnum Coffee Roast, and North Ottawa Care Center at Heartwood Lodge where her responsibilities involved assisting with daily living activities, feeding, bathing, dressing, rehabbing, enforcing rules, and supervising residents and volunteers. She also volunteers with Kids' FoodBasket helping to organize and pack sack suppers.
