She has worked with many prestigious ballet companies around the world, including Milwaukee Ballet, Boston Ballet, London City Ballet and Northern Ballet Theatre. She is currently the Master Teacher, Choreographer and Director at Milwaukee Ballet, where she teaches classes, stages works, and helps run the school.

Currently he is working on projects such as urban developments in Almere and China.

She specializes in the Actors Studio Method technique, which she uses to help students liberate their creativity and develop spontaneous, surprising performances. Through exercises that explore character development and script analysis, she inspires students to find new perspectives in their acting and everyday lives. This one-night-only benefit event called A Jazz Happening takes place at Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival on August 19th.
