Impact of Rudra series of e-
waste recycling plants
The small recycler can now become
environmentally compliant
The Rudra technology helps in increasing the net
metal yield in both quantity and quality as
compared to traditional polluting methods
Helps to mainstream the informal sector
Will help to reduce mining due to recovered
metals, thereby conserve natural resources
Will help generate a lot more employment
Will convert the informal sector into formal,
thus increasing their business scope and scale

Quantitative impact
For Each Rudra 1000 P Entry level plant
225 Tons CO2 reduced per year (approx.)
0.6 tons per day (8 hrs shift) = 150 tons per year (250 days, 1 shift
operation)
Total metals recovered per year = approx. 50 tons =
3000 tons of mining reduced
Yield of metal from Rudra series plants is 30% higher.
For every ton recycled, 30% more revenue realized.
Note : The CO2 calculation is an approximate number. CO2 emissions for monitors
are approx. 1:1 whereas that for mobile phones is almost 6:1. A conservative
estimate is a multiplier of 1.5 for calculating CO2 reduction per unit of e-waste.
Rudra 1000P is our smallest capacity plant
