This document provides an overview of the final project for an associate program. Students are asked to choose a case study from the provided case studies document. They then need to create an 8 to 12 slide PowerPoint presentation analyzing the case study. The presentation should include an introduction and conclusion, identify the case study, define elements of good communication, explain what happened in the case study and why it was an example of poor communication, explain what could have been done differently, and include speaker notes for each point. The presentation should follow APA formatting guidelines.
