Robert Bradbury presented research on developing a software project management model to support Agile adoption in organizations. The presentation outlined challenges with existing stage-driven models and the need to balance control and flexibility. It described the aims to analyze control features in Agile projects, identify applicable elements from PRINCE 2, and develop a model applying those elements tailored to Agile features. Screenshots showed the model structure allowing organization and project configuration, role and feature selection, stakeholder surveys, and evaluation of results. The goals were to investigate control in Agile software development and identify how PRINCE 2 elements could add control while supporting a dynamic, feature-specific methodology.
