She has a master’s degree in organizational development in areas of process
analyzing, business structuring, HR practices and training along with several
years of medical billing experience.
As an organizational development specialist, she consulted with large
organizations which included large medical practices. It was during that
experience that she realized most practices are suffering due to incompetence
or non-compliance within the billing staff. As a result, practice revenue is not
maximized and the doctors may be unaware that they are at an increased risk
of fraud audits.
As a result, Korby wanted to bring together the best of the best within the
medical billing field and marry that with her expertise in organization consulting
to produce a medical billing product unique to our client’s practices. The result
