1. Registration Process of IRCTC

2. Visit on https://digitalseva.csc.gov.in/ and Click on Login

3. Here you have to enter your USER ID and Password and click on SIGN IN

4. This is the home page of your Digital Seva login. Here you have to select
“Services” option.

5. Click here for Registration
After Clicking on Services option, go to Search option and write
IRCTC , two option will be opened IRCTC Registration and IRCTC
Booking. You have to select the IRCTC Registration option.

6. Here again you have to click on “Login with Digital Seva Connect”.

7. After click on“Login with Digital Seva Connect”. An option will be
appeared on the bottom of page IRCTC Registration Click here.

8. There are four option here, IRCTC Registration, Track your Status of
Application, Re upload the Documents if rejected due to some reason,
Mobile & E-Mail update if already exist in IRCTC.

9. A Registration form with auto-populated CSC ID and Name of VLE will
open, where VLE needs to feed all necessary information as required..

10. After filling complete form Click on button Pay & submit from where Rs
10/- will be deducted from your wallet.
After successful registration a receipt will be generated, you
have to keep it for knowing the status of your registration.

11. Points To remember during Registration
• Please enter the unique mobile number which is never used in IRCTC and is
available for creation in IRCTC portal. To avoid this please get new number of
new series from Market.
• Please enter the unique Email id which you have never used in IRCTC (if
possible create new email Id).
• Also please check the mobile number & email Id availability on IRCTC website
(https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/user-registration) before registration. If your
mobile number & email Id is showing available only then use this number for
registration on CSC portal so that agent codes can be generated without delay.
• Pan card details should not be registered in IRCTC with personal user id.
• The attached scanned document should be clear, visible and of required
documents only.
