2. Do you qualify? Pre-qualification
requirements
· We will negotiate Distribution Network
Operator (DNO) agreements as
necessary
· We will arrange a structural survey of
your roof
· We will seek appropriate planning
permission
· We will undertake an EPC survey
· You will be required to sign a lease.
1 You should be able to supply 12 months
of electricity bills
2 You must be legally able to rent your
roof surface to Regenerco Power
3 Your roof must be structurally sound
4 Ideally, your roof should be south facing
5 Your company must be established and
stable - we will evaluate your credit score
6 Finally, your building must be connected
to a district network operator (the Grid)

Most of us have to purchase our
power via a retail organisation such
as one of the power companies.
General retailing principles dictate that retail
prices are double the wholesale price. And
this is the point in case with energy.
Rates we have seen over the past 12
months for SMEs vary from 10p to 12p plus
VAT for unit prices per kWh. There is also
a standing charge to be added. You may
be offered a low unit rate, but if the daily
charge is higher, then your annual bill will
average out the same.
