EcoGreen Organic began as an organic farm in 1998 and has since expanded to include an organic shop in 2001, organic restaurant in 2006, and organic café in 2004. Its vision is to provide real food for everyone, and its mission is to persuade people to choose real food only. Its goals are to have 3 outlets by January 2011 and 5 outlets by January 2012. EcoGreen Organic differentiates itself by being vegetarian and non-vegetarian, having an owner/chef with local and nutritious recipes, and minimizing its carbon footprint through green business processes. It partners with natural medicine practitioners, spa/fitness companies, and green products companies.
