This is to confirm that Heidi Campbell was employed as summer student with Miller Group from May
2nd
, 2016 to September 2nd
, 2016. Heidi worked at our Finance Department with the following major
responsibilities:
Undertook fixed assets project, analyzed huge FA database and reconciled FA data among
various sources, assisted to develop a new FA tracking system;
Modified and updated lease master file to facilitate easy user inquiry and automatically lease
payment processing;
Assisted to Senior Accountant on monthly reconciliation, accruals, journal entry and reporting;
This position requires the following skills and attributes:
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast pace environment;
Advanced Excel and accounting software skills;
Heidi performed her various assigned tasks exceeding the expectations. In addition to monthly routine
tasks, Heidi completed the major FA project with great success and got over 90% of FA reconciled
between accounting and property management within tight time schedule.
Heidi demonstrated her enthusiasm on the work and was impressed on her great perseverance when
facing the difficulties on reconciliation.
We would re-employ Heidi as we consider her as a reliable contributor of the team.
