 Leading plant HSE Team (HSE Engineer, Officer, Fire Fighter and Male nurse)
 Implementation of Organization IMS (Integrated Management System)
 Prepared Plant specific HSE Procedures like Plant Emergency response plan, Plant
chemicals handling, use and storage procedure, Environmental compliance and
monitoring procedure and Fire Fighting system Impairment procedure etc.
 Prepare the Budget of HSE Material for next 5years and raised the PRs in SAP for
procurement purpose.
 Arranging HSE Training and awareness session within team to prepare the plant
handling like PTW, HIRE, EAI etc.
 Prepared the operation stage detailed design regarding HSE as per requirement HCIS
(Ministry of Interior)
 Preparation of HSE weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports for project company and
Corporate.
 Preparation of HSE Statistics, Man-hours, incidents/Accident reports, Conduct and
prepare Incident/accident investigation reports, HSE Walk downs, follow up of NM

 Reviewing lifting equipments inspections, test certificates, risk assessments of critical
activities,
 Arranging weekly and monthly meetings with all contractors management and

 Implementation of Organization Occupational Health, Safety and Environment
management system procedures, on day by day activities as per OHSAS-18001-2007 and
ISO-14001-2004 requirements,
 Preparation of HSE weekly, Monthly, Quarterly reports for (MECA) Ministry of
Environment and Climate Affairs, Ministry of Manpower, ACWA Power Barka and NOMAC
Oman, Preparation of HSE Statistics, Man-hours, incidents/Accident reports, Conduct
and prepare Incident/accident investigation reports, HSE Walk downs, follow up of NM
Reports for corrective action,
 Arranging HSE Monthly meetings, HSE Committee Meetings, preparing outage plans,

and my role was as a EHS Engineer implementation of HSE Manual/procedures agreed

company) and Atcco (civil contracting company)
