2. Introduction:
 Industry Produce most of the carbon (PVC Materials) where there is lack of recycling
process.
 For Removal of this problem we can produce carbon fiber to manage our waste.

3. Problem statement:
 waste material has a chemical reaction with water, soil as well as environment
 World Health Organization (2014) termed “Dhaka as one of the mostly polluted cities”
 Dhaka city has been growing without much of plan and the city lacks systematic waste
management system as well

4. Rationale of the Study:
 If we have enough opportunity to recycle our waste material such as carbon material,
plastic, synthetics to build a manufacturing process of carbon fiber, we can make a green
city with this waste material (carbon).
 Composting organic waste can help nurture crops and result in a better agricultural yield

5.  General Objective: To reduce waste materials like carbon and build a manufacturing process
of carbon fiber for helping our environment.
 Specific Objective:
 To make a manufacturing process of waste material.
 To increase better strength material for industrial production.
 To protect our environment by recycling waste material.
 To increase our economic development by reducing waste material in a form of carbon fiber.

6. Research hypothesis:
 If we develop a scientific and well organized waste management for
collection, transport, and dispose of or recycling of solid waste, it will help
the city by reducing drainage, disease and health hazards.

7. Literature Review:
 According to UNFPA, [4] Dhaka is the one of the most polluted cities and of the issues
concerned is the management of the waste material.
 An analysis of the study made by textile companies in Dhaka revealed that only few
industries pit any environment information in the annual report.
 As a report on waste management, Current (2014) waste generation in Bangladesh is
around 22.4 million tons per year Dhaka city make one third of waste product. [5]
 Some NGO like, UNICEF has also initiated recycling programs and waste control with the
city corporation in Dhaka. [6]

8. Limitations of the study:
 Absence of national policy to encourage recycling practice. Lack of proper handling
rules and standard.

9. Recommendations:
 Dhaka City Corporation is responsible for the waste collection and transportation
 The open disposal and dumping system is unhygienic for environment where
modern technology and equipment is needed
 should have some strict rule and ordinance to increase waste collection

10. Result and Discussion:
 focus to reducing waste material and in the meantime producing carbon fiber
with better strength from waste carbon
 Government should concern about the carbon product

11. Conclusions:
 Efforts are being paid to improve the system of collection, transportation, recycling, incineration
and land filling.
