I would like to convey what a great pleasure it was to work with Mike Kristy. He consistently
demonstrated a wealth of technical knowledge and insight. His hard work and dedication
garnered him not only the respect of his team but that of the customer as well. Whenever there
was an urgent need or difficult time I could rely on Mike to step up and take personal
responsibility for the situation. Mike also played a integral role in training fellow team members
and subordinates. Over the years that he and I worked together I developed a deep respect for
