I  am  writing  this  letter  on  behalf  of  Kyle  Tormoen.  I  have  had  the  pleasure  of  knowing  and  working  
with  Kyle  for  the  past  year  while  he  was  employed  with  PMG.  Kyle  has  asked  me  to  write  a  
recommendation  letter  for  him  to  use  in  pursuing  new  opportunities  as  a  Sales  Professional.    
We  worked  closely  together  on  several  key  client  initiatives,  and  I  got  to  know  him  very  well  
during  this  time.  Kyle  joined  PMG  as  a  Client  Solutions  Manager  with  responsibility  for  building  
and   managing   a   large   territory   covering   six   states.   This   role   required   managing   a   long   and  
complex   sales   cycle   for   deploying   highly   skilled   manufacturing   technicians.   The   sales   cycle  
covered  prospecting  through  contract  execution  and  ongoing  account  management.    
During  Kyle made  significant  progress  in  building  a  sales  pipeline  including  
multiple  opportunities  that  have  either  deployed  (successfully  closed)  or  still  show  real  promise  
for  deployment.    Kyle  made  this  progress  despite  taking  on  a  new  role,  in  a  new  business  unit  
with  new  processes,  new  tools  and  new  leadership.    
In  addition  to  demonstrating  the  disposition  and  aptitude  necessary  to  succeed  in  sales,  Kyle  has  
also  proven  to  be  a  valued  member  of  the  PMG  Team  at  large.  When  not  developing  his  territory,  
Kyle  involved  himself  extensively  in  PMG  Team  events,  including  volunteer  work  and  interoffice  
social  events.    
Kyle  was  a  professional  at  all  times  while  employed  with  PMG  and  a  key  member  of  the  PMG  
Team  that  is  already  sorely  missed.  I  have  no  doubt  that  he  will  play  the  same  role  with  his  next  
employer.

Recommendation Letter for Kyle Tormoen from Dave Jacobsen
