This document describes a real estate management system that was developed to help people more easily find homes that meet their needs. It discusses how the current real estate process can be time-consuming and frustrating, with people sometimes taken advantage of by brokers. The system aims to address these issues by allowing users to search properties based on various criteria and view important location details. It will utilize a computerized approach to more efficiently store and manage large property databases.

 If it is done by manually redundancy of
data increase.

7. What and Why?
 We are doing Real Estate project. Real
Estate means refer to lend or any
physical property including buildings,
houses and landscaping etc.
 The real estate market is a booming
industry. Most people in the business
prefer to use real estate property
management software to stay ahead in
the race. This software has been
designed to cater to commercial and
residential property, office buildings and
apartments.

software is an effective and easy-to-
use tool. This software helps people
understand the real estate business. It
is a quick response application that
can store each detail of every
transaction. This helps study non-
payments and full-payments of rent,
and maintains a detailed report of rent
receipts and invoices.

9. Why?
 Initially, the overall real estate process was
manual. But due to increasing facilities of
Internet and due to the popularity of the
concept, many web sites have come up
which provide real-estate information to the
users. These web sites guide the user
through various properties and help the user
to find the needed and available estates as

10. These websites provide features like search
property, add property and gives different
offer which will be beneficial to user. But even
with these features there are certain required
aspects which make these sites limited. They
are:
 No search gives correct information about
basic services available from chosen location
like displaying the distance of nearest bus
stop, railway station, hospital etc.
 No flexibility in information retrieval for e.g.
listing houses that is within the 2KM radius of
allocation.
