Profile Details
Project Manager
• Would be responsible for managing the Sales team and driving performance.
The Manager would track performance, attendance as well as push the team
to deliver results.
Receptionist
• Would answer calls made to office and share relevant inquires to the sales
team.
Tele- Callers
• Would make Outbound calls to identify interested prospects and convince
them for a Site visit.. They may also need to attend Inbound calls.
• Tele-callers would also need to follow up post Site visit to close sales.
Field Agents
• Field agents would need to generate Leads on field as well as attend clients
if needed
Site In charge
• Site In charge would be located at the Site office and would manage &
coordinate site visits.

Team Coordination
The role of the Project Manager is very important as s/he
would be responsible for the coordination between the
employee tasks. This will ensure the following:
◇Leads won’t be lost due to lack of follow up
◇Prospect expectations will be met

Plan A: Employees on the
payroll of X Services.
This would mean all HR
related activities would be
managed by X services, such
as offer letters, payment of
Salaries, Salary Slips, PF,
Leave management etc.
The Project can be
managed in two way
Plan B: Employees on the
payroll of Vervitude.
In this proposition, all HR
related activities would be
managed by Vervitude, in
addition to the actual project
itself.

Office space in both
cases will be provided
by X services for the
duration on the project.
The current project
term is 6 months and
can be modified on
agreement by both
parties involved, i.e. X

IT & Telecom
All IT & Telecom related
facilities will be
provided by X service,
such as laptops,
desktop workstations,
phone's, internet
connection, PRI line (if
needed), etc
Stationery and
Miscellaneous expense
Any stationery and
other miscellaneous
expense will be borne
by X services, such
expenses can be paid in
advance and settled by
providing bills or can be
settled post expenses
are made by submitting
bills.

Payment & Other Terms
Service Tax & other taxes
The above commercials do not
include service tax or any other
taxes and would be applicable
according to the taxation rules of
the Republic of India as well as
any state taxes if applicable.
Sourcing & Training replacement
Every employee hired would have
a 45 day probation period, if the
employee resigns within 45 days,
X would NOT be liable to pay
Hiring & Training expenses for
the replacement.
Terms of Payment
Please find the payment timeline below. The below amounts, do not include taxes or salary amounts.
Salaries & Fixed monthly costs
The Plan A and Plan B
commercials do not include salary
expenses. Please refer to the
“Commercials : Salaries” slide for
salary related commercials.
In case of Plan A, salaries
(employees) & monthly costs
(Vervitude) would need to be paid
by X services by the 10th day of
every month. Incase of Plan B the
salary and other monthly
amounts would need to be
disbursed to Vervitude by the 20th
of the previous month.
Terms of Service
The terms of service, which would
state the obligations and non
liabilities of Vervitude. These
would be shared with X services
along with the initial invoice.
Incentive Plans
Any incentive plans shared by X
services towards the employees
would be liable to be paid by X
services.

  • 9. Structure : Phase 1 Profile Details Project Manager • Would be responsible for managing the Sales team and driving performance. The Manager would track performance, attendance as well as push the team to deliver results. Receptionist • Would answer calls made to office and share relevant inquires to the sales team. Tele- Callers • Would make Outbound calls to identify interested prospects and convince them for a Site visit.. They may also need to attend Inbound calls. • Tele-callers would also need to follow up post Site visit to close sales. This would mean all HR related activities would be managed by X services, such as offer letters, payment of Salaries, Salary Slips, PF, Leave management etc. The Project can be managed in two way Plan B: Employees on the payroll of Vervitude.   • 14. Infrastructure Office Space Office space in both cases will be provided by X services for the duration on the project. Payment & Other Terms Service Tax & other taxes The above commercials do not include service tax or any other taxes and would be applicable according to the taxation rules of the Republic of India as well as any state taxes if applicable. Sourcing & Training replacement Every employee hired would have a 45 day probation period, if the employee resigns within 45 days, X would NOT be liable to pay Hiring & Training expenses for the replacement. Terms of Payment Please find the payment timeline below. The below amounts, do not include taxes or salary amounts. Salaries & Fixed monthly costs The Plan A and Plan B commercials do not include salary expenses. Please refer to the “Commercials : Salaries” slide for salary related commercials. In case of Plan A, salaries (employees) & monthly costs (Vervitude) would need to be paid by X services by the 10th day of every month. Incase of Plan B the salary and other monthly amounts would need to be disbursed to Vervitude by the 20th of the previous month. Terms of Service The terms of service, which would state the obligations and non liabilities of Vervitude. These would be shared with X services along with the initial invoice. Incentive Plans Any incentive plans shared by X services towards the employees would be liable to be paid by X services.
