Atizo is a community-based innovation platform that involves stakeholders in the innovation process through a multi-step workshop model. The process defines challenges, generates ideas online, selects and evaluates ideas, and plans implementations. Case studies show how companies used Atizo's modules to develop new products with BMW, find packaging ideas in pharma, improve processes at SBB, and generate marketing ideas for Mammut's anniversary. The presentation concludes that innovation requires looking beyond one's own organization and involving customers early to reduce risks.
