Following a highly successful career in dance
originally as a ballet dancer and then three
years dancing all over the world with Hot
Gossip, Phillippa qualified as a personal trainer
and one of the first Pilates teachers in London
in 1990, becoming one of the original, and
most successful sole trader trainers in central
London in the early 1990s. In 2001 she formed
