Mick’s degree in Sports Science and Business
Studies led him in the early 90s to a role as
Fitness Professional and Personal Trainer at the
Broadgate Club in the City, at the time regarded
as one of the top clubs in the country. He then
went on to become a sole trader Personal
Trainer, building up a top-end client base. In 2001
he joined with Phillippa Hardman to form RCH
where he is joint owner and Operations Director.
Mick has developed a successful SOP for all
aspects of Gyms and Spas and has a coaching
and personal development-focused strategy
for recruiting, hiring, training and retaining all of
RCH’s management staff, fitness professionals,
personal trainers and therapists.

Following a highly successful career in dance
originally as a ballet dancer and then three
years dancing all over the world with Hot
Gossip, Phillippa qualified as a personal trainer
and one of the first Pilates teachers in London
in 1990, becoming one of the original, and
most successful sole trader trainers in central
London in the early 1990s. In 2001 she formed
Raw Corporate Health (RCH) with Mick Rolton.
As joint owner of RCH and Managing Director
Phillippa leads the development and consultancy
side of RCH and works closely with all clients
from conception though to opening.

but can also train your on-site team providing
the operational procedures and expertise

Staff training sessions normally last 2-3 hours,
