Companies in Singapore are testing drones to replace some human jobs like delivering packages, inspecting buildings, and providing security. The drones would allow inspections of buildings to be done faster and cheaper than current methods while reducing accidents. However, some people have concerns about safety and privacy if drones are used widely. One company hopes to fully launch building inspection drones by next year.

digital forensics acquisition is one of the most important part of any investigation. Granting the results comparing the obtained data with third party information is something the investigator should consider. Fake SMS, wrong parsing of the data, and other issues can be prevented if multiple sources are analysed. In this briefly presentation the results of a correlation with SecurCube Phonelog for the CDR analysis and SecurCube BTS tracker for the real cell towers coverage are highlighted.

WEB-BASED CASE BBC Digital Media Initiative Revisited
The National Audit Office (NAO) scrutinizes public spending in the United Kingdom. Its memorandum on the BBC’s DMI project reported on several key findings. First, the in-house team was severely challenged by the fact that the project was already 18 months behind schedule when they began work on the project. Second, the technology team issued releases throughout the project that did not meet end-user expectations and eroded confidence in the project. Third, the BBC focused more on the technological development rather than on encouraging organization-wide changes in workflow that would encourage adoption. Finally, the NAO concluded, the DMI lacked governance arrangements for the scale, risk, and complexity of the project.
Do research online to identify the capabilities of digital asset management software. What are the top-rated digital asset management software products? Who uses this software?
Given the NAO’s findings and what you discover about available off-the-shelf products, would it have been wiser for the BBC to adopt a collection of these existing products? What actions would be necessary to gain the cooperation of the business units to incorporate this collection of products into their work processes?

Committed to innovative practices, Webcor has gained considerable attention due to its award-winning construction, historic restoration, and seismic renovation work. As Webcor expanded from multifamily residences to commercial offices, interiors, retail, public works, parking structures, and federal, education, and healthcare facilities, the company opened offices first in San Francisco, and then in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Alameda. Its merger with the large Japanese construction firm Obayashi positioned the company to reach customers along the Pacific Rim, with a new office in Honolulu. Along with developing innovations in building materials and methods, Webcor has leveraged cutting-edge information technologies—in an industry that is often slow to consider, accept, and adopt IT advances. As early as 1984, Webcor integrated the Apple desktop into its work process. In 2011, Webcor made a significant commitment to virtual design and construction in its public sector building projects. Adopting Vico Software’s 5D Virtual Construction application allowed Webcor to estimate costs, schedule projects, an.

Eight years after former Forrester analyst John Kindervag introduced the Zero Trust model, the concept has hit the mainstream. As current Forrester analyst Chase Cunningham says, 85% of his calls involve zero trust. With the amount of interest in the concept, many organizations are rushing to understand how to implement the zero-trust model. In this guide, we’ll look at the first step to implementing zero trust: asset management.
Robotic Soldier with EM Gun using Bluetooth Moduleijceronline
Need for security is growing day by day due to enormous development in the field of technology, but man wants to achieve this security at the minimum cost and minimum risk to human life. This is the factor which has encouraged us to develop this project which can achieve security at minimum risk to human life and at minimum cost. Here instead of exposing the soldier to do the hazardous job such as dangerous gas or hostile environment detection we have designed a machine which will do the same job more efficiently. This robot will be self-sufficient to sense the temperature of surrounding, and detecting if any obstacles are there at a certain distance depends on that robot guiding itself using the efficient algorithms and proper sensors.

Close to 4.3 million drones were shipped worldwide in 2015, and with each drone sold, the risk of 'bad-drone' abuse increases. During those years unexpected convergent consequences explode onto the drone scene at once .A drone is an aerial robot that can be controlled remotely or autonomously, drones are now effective data gathering platforms, Computer vision, sense-and-avoid and optical tracking become standard in consumer drones. Are we safe from a little drone attack? How we can defend our site from this new threat. Security solutions are the big new deal the next future.

The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

1. *Introduction*
Slide 1: Different companies all over Singapore are planning on deploying drones all
over the country. Those companies have already started testing the devices, mainly in
big areas, like high-rise buildings and shopping malls, specially designated by the
government for the trials.
Slide 2: They are making the drones to try and replace some human labour. The drones
will do jobs like delivering parcels, inspecting buildings and providing security. Some
people are concerned about the safety and privacy of themselves.
Slide 3: Shawn Koo, chief technical officer of H3 Zoom, a unit of the firm H3 Dynamics,
which is behind the tests of the drones, said this “Today’s existing building inspection
process is extremely slow, expensive, tedious, prone to accidents, fatigue and human
error,”. The new system will see high-resolution images taken by drones and analysed
to check for defects, with inspections taking a few days rather than a few weeks, as they
do at the moment. H3 Zoom hopes to fully launch the inspections next year.
Slide 4: Thought Provoking Question: How would you feel if a drone or robot took your
job?
